Cynthia Cheryl Coggins

Cynthia "Cindy" Cheryl Coggins, aged 47, passed away Sunday, October 15th, 2023, peacefully at home in Newnan, Georgia. Cindy was born on January 23rd, 1976 in Riverdale, Georgia to her late father, John Coggins, and her surviving mother, Sharon Caulfield Coggins. She was raised in Fayetteville, Georgia with her two older brothers she loved dearly. While in school, she became a cheerleader and gymnast. She loved being goofy with friends at school and was always a very likable person. Cindy was known for being a spunky, free spirit with a little bit of a rebellious side. She had a personality that was truly out of this world. She could light up a room with her humor without even trying while still bringing comfort to everyone that she loved and cherished. She was a survivor. Even though she succumbed to her breast cancer, she fought hard for three years. During her battle with cancer, she started doing pour paintings, and got back into making bracelets, and coloring to help her cope during her treatment. She was an artist and always had been. She taught her daughters how to be creative and would spend time teaching her grandkids different crafty things. She also loved collecting bags and purses, so much so she got the famous nickname "The bag Lady." Cindy had a huge heart. She loved to give gifts and help out whenever she was around loved ones. Her "special grandchildren" and "beautiful daughters" meant so much to her. Cindy always said that she had "an unbreakable bond, like no other, that nobody other than them could understand" with her two daughters Audrey and Brittany. She also loved her son Marty very much. She loved spending some of her last strong times with her big brother, David, riding around jamming out to music. Cindy touched the hearts of everyone that she met. We are all blessed that she was a part of our lives. Her last moments were surrounded by love and family. Her mother, Sharon, was by her side and always had been her entire life. Through thick and thin her mother always made a huge impact on Cindy's life. Cindy will truly be missed and will never be forgotten!
